One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish...

Several months ago, I was bored one Friday afternoon so James and I went to Walmart to get fish. Well, they didn't have the fish bowls I wanted so we ended up not getting any but the thought stayed with me. Last week after a quick trip to Michaels, James and I stopped at Petsmart to say hi to the fish. This time James was old enough to see the fish in the tanks and point at them with excitement. This meant it was time... we (James and I) decided to get two bettas. We got a fish container with a divider and spoke with a very knowledgeable woman regarding bettas who told us everything we need to know. So, we are now the proud parents to two bettas (one red and one blue). They live on our dining table as our centerpiece and source of entertainment when Mommy and Daddy are being entirely too slow in preparing food for James. I loved the comment when Josh got home, "We have fish!" It was kind of a little surprise for him! (I will try to get a picture of our new pets up sometime.)
