So much catch up!

I have so, so, so much to catch up on but so little time!  We have been so busy traveling here and there and everywhere every weekend that Mondays and Tuesdays are all about catch up and then work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.  Someday I may be able to catch up with lots of cute pictures and such but let's do a super quick wrap up and cute story or two!

The basic jist of the past few weeks is sickness and travel!  Not the best duo but just what is necessary sometimes!  Thankfully things are quieting down a little in the next two months (but only a little of course because we don't know how to stay home completely!) and we are all on the mend (hopefully!)

James has decided the past two nights to join us in bed in the middle of the night.  Since he has gone right back to sleep, we haven't said too much about it in the middle of the night.  (Last night, he even brought his own pillow with him!)  But tonight when he announced that he would be joining us in bed again in the middle of the night, I asked him why.  It appears that James wants to join us in bed because we have a TV in our room and he doesn't!  The last two mornings when James wakes up, I have him wait until 7am and then I let him lay in bed and watch Chuggingtons while I get an extra little snooze in and get ready.  Then I realized... last week when James threw up at 2am (and Daddy was gone!), I let James come into my bed.  At 3am when he was still lying here complaining about a stomachache and not able to go back to sleep, I let him watch a little TV to try to get his mind off being sick.    It seems that James thinks we watch TV in the middle of the night in our room!!!!  I made a deal with him tonight... if he sleeps in his bed all night, then he can come in our room at 7am (when his bunny wakes up) and watch a movie.  If he comes in our room in the middle of the night, no movie in the morning.  We'll see what happens tonight!

More cuteness, James knows that 7am is our acceptable wake up time in this house so tonight when he was supposed to be going to bed, instead he was playing with his clock in his room trying to make it say 7am so he could get up!  Thankfully he was unsuccessful!

Jack is growing up like crazy!  He is understanding more and more and trying to talk more and more and becoming more and more opinionated!  I can't wait until he can talk because I can't wait to get to know so much more about him!  Tonight Jack was darling running around in a size 8/10 shirt (aka dress on him!) and shoes.  Once the "dress" was removed due to big mud stains, he ran around in a white cloth diaper and shoes!  Looked like the cutest old man ever!

I am so scared to say this but the boys are maybe, kind of, hopefully starting to get along a little better and being able to play a little more together (fingers crossed!).  Can't wait for more and more of it!
