Utah continues to be beautiful as it continues to snow. We slept in this morning because we were once again up way too late last night playing Wii but having a great time doing so. This morning all the girls, except me, headed into town for a shopping trip for food and snow pants for Mommy. I joined all the boys to the sports store to rent cross country skis. After a yummy lunch, Dad, Uncle Glen, Josh, Douglas, and I drove a short distance up to Green Valley Canyon for an afternoon of cross country skiing. It was beautiful being in the middle of a winter wonderland with it snowing and great company. Josh was a great sport trying something new and did a great job! Unfortunately, he decided it wasn't for him but I'm still proud of him for trying something new. (And lasting another day and another activity without any need for a bandaid.) I got some more great pictures which I will have to share when I can download my pictures.
We spent a relaxing afternoon hanging out at the house working on puzzles, enjoying showers, playing Wii, and just spending time together. We are all about to head out for a delicious dinner at Cafe Sabor compliments of Grandpa. (Thanks Grandpa!) Everyone keep your fingers crossed for me that my car battery will charge (as we've been trying to do all afternoon) and will start without a problem tomorrow! (Unfortunately, we forgot to unplug the ice chest when we got here and COMPLETELY killed my battery! Oops!)
