One week already!!!

Look at our big boy!!!!

I can't believe my little baby boy is already a week old! It's amazing how much he has changed in a week already and how much he has taught us about himself already! We have luckily learned a few ways to soothe him, though they don't always work of course! And we have learned a little about his personality and wonderful facial expressions. We have learned that he loves music; poor guy with us as parents! He will have to learn a lot from Aunt Darsi! And we have learned that he is a true Californian who loves to throw his head back and feel the warm sun on his face outside! Truly my son with that one! It just needs to get sunny again so he can enjoy the warm sunshine and walks with Mommy!

Breaking news... we just learned one more thing... Josh just tried changing James' diaper without really being sure if James was done pooping and asked "Is there such as thing as projectile pooping?" My response was, "Let me know." Josh's answer: "Yes!!!!"

Another big thank you to the New Jersey Whichards for the cradle. It has been wonderful to have a safe place to lie James down in the family room for naps or so I can run to the potty. Here is a cute picture of James enjoying his cradle...

I will try to keep the blog updated but we'll see how I do with Josh heading back to work tomorrow! Love to all!
