House Update...

Just a quick update on our house sale... I think I mentioned a while ago that we put the house on the market with the hopes of finding something a little bigger with a little more backyard.  Well, the quick house sale that we were expecting lasted a little longer and now 2 1/2 months later, we are finally in escrow!!!!  We are so exciting not to have to clean the house every other night for showings and am so ready to bring the toys back into the house instead of having them in the 100 degree garage!  We are not necessarily looking forward to all the packing and moving but know it will be worth it in the long run!  Now the goal is to find a new house to buy before we having to be out of this one... or find a rental to move into in the meantime!  Always lots of fun going on around here!  I'll try to keep you all posted on what comes next!
