Jack (aka my climber) climbed into the little wagon the other day so James decided to give him a ride. No, Mommy didn't make Jack wear a helmet (he already had that on just because) but I am sure glad that he had it on because they were having a good time! The main rule... on the carpet only, no tile! I loved hearing both of their belly laughs!!!
James got tired and decided he wanted a ride. Jack gave it a try but brother was too heavy so James got ditched!
To add onto this... we went for a little walk to the park in the wagon after lunch today. Mommy got tired from pulling the boys up the slight hill on the way home so I asked James to pull. He agreed!!! It was so sweet that James pulled Jack home the rest of the way in the wagon and let Mommy rest as she walked home. Love him to pieces!
I also must brag... we had to do tons of "house buying/selling stuff" today and the boys did great! They sat wonderfully in the stroller while I took care of stuff at the bank, then again waited nicely in the stroller as I talked to the mortgage lender for a few minutes at a coffee shop. Now the scariest one... signing the selling papers at the title company office. I came stocked with snacks and quiet time toys. Jack sat quietly on my lap the whole time eating a little snack (and feeding me). James switched between snacking and playing quietly on the floor with his cars. Other than a chocolately Jack face, we survived the signing pain free!!! (Let's just hope that signing the buying papers, twice as long, goes just as smoothly next week!) We then headed to a relaxing lunch with Daddy and then home for a walk to the park (so Mommy's blood sugar wasn't too high) and a triple nap! That's right, we all got a nap!!!! That's why it's 11:40 and I'm still sitting here on the couch blogging! Time for bed!!! Tomorrow is going to come way too early and Josh doesn't get home from his business trip to Reno for 2 more days! Hope everyone is doing well!!! Love to you all!
