More fun stuff!

So, since the last post Josh and I have stayed very busy!!! We helped throw a surprise 50th birthday party for Mom and Darsi in the beginning of May which was tons of fun. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures because we used someone else's camera and never got pictures from them. :-( Thank you to everyone for all their help and help keeping everything quiet and yeah to Mom and Darsi being the big 5-0!!!

Over Memorial Day weekend, we joined Scott, Sarah, Jeremy, Jo-Jo, Dave, Dodie, and some of Scott's friends for a fun camping trip at Eastman Lake. Since we got snowed out last year, Scott found the hottest place he could to camp this year and was very successful! We went through a Costco size package of sunscreen but ended up with no tan lines! We had a great time hanging out with family and friends and enjoying a few days of horseshoes, wiffle ball, volleyball, swimming, kayaking, campfires, smores, games, relaxation, and fun!

Jo-Jo and I took the tandem kayak out of the lake for a few hours. We had a great time enjoying the sunshine and chatting. She did a great job paddling (other than when she took me under all the pooping birds)!!! We even got the kayak back up on the Blazer by ourselves about 2 minutes before Josh showed up to help!

Jo-Jo was our great pancake chef and prepared a delicious breakfast for all of us! You are hired for next year! James was a great sou-chef!

The following weekend, I was in my good friends, Ashley and Mike's, wedding at Newcastle Wedding Gardens. It was beautiful and Ashely looked absolutely amazing! She looked like a bride right out of the bridal magazines. The wedding was beautiful and tons of fun!

Mommy and Daddy joined Josh and I at the wedding and had some fun dancing with us (I think)! Then, they had to head up to Arnold to finish cabin buying stuff! Yeah!!!

I will try to keep posts and pictures coming on a little bit of a more regular basis but we'll see how that works since Josh and I will be quite busy this summer!!! I hope all is going well with everyone! Happy summer vacation soon to all those lucky kids and teachers who still get one!!!
