Christmas in Livermore

Then it was off to Christmas in Livermore!  We started with Christmas morning at Gaga and Papa's house with everyone.

James LOVED the trains that Papa set up under the Christmas tree!

James was helping Auntie "Mich" open a present, or was it Mich helping James?  Another tale of great minds thinking alike... Gary and Josh got each other the same thing.  (I would write the name of the tool but I have no idea how to spell it... drimmel???)

Then it was off to Grammie Connie's for more present opening and finishing off the night with dinner at Grandma Jost's.  It was a busy day but we loved getting to see so much family!

The following day we enjoyed a slow, relaxing walk in Sycamore Grove Park (slow primarily because James decided that he was going to walk instead of getting a ride in the stroller!)

We tried to take a nice family picture for a New Year's card (we are a little behind on the Christmas card thing) but unfortunately I ruined this one...

and this one didn't turn out so well either!

James had a good time walking on trees with Gaga and Papa!

 Then jumping off!!!

James even tried teaching Uncle Doug how to read!!!

We finished the evening off with our annual trip to Deacon Dave's.  It was beautiful as usual!

We even got to swing by the Pearts to say hi and let the boys play.  James, Lucas, and Ryan all piled onto this truck by themselves... so cute!!!!  I can't wait until there is another one to join them in their playing!  It will be so much fun to watch these boys grow up together!!
