I came home from work yesterday to a disaster of a house which was absolutely wonderful!!! Our playroom was being used to it's fullest by the little boys and the big boys (and girls) were enjoying a variety of delicious snacks in the kitchen while watching a great football game!!! Grammie Connie, Auntie Jill, and Cion came up for the day to play and use James as a test subject for a nursing homework assignment. (Don't worry, nothing scary, just playing and questions to assess development. He passed!) And the Pearts came up for the little boys to play and the big boys to watch football. Thankfully we ended the day with two happy big boys because the Niners WON and advanced to the NFC championship game next weekend! A few cute pictures from the day...
We got three!!!!
And four... kind of! Let's see... left to right... Ryan (12 months), James (21 months), Lucas (34 months), and Cion (5 years)! Combined... lots of energy!!!
It was so cute to see Lucas and James hide together in this box, then pop out!!! I was so surprised that they both fit!!
The night ended with wind sprints from the train table to the fireplace... over and over and over again!!!
All three got into it!!!
Here I come Uncle Doug!!! Papa, if I can beat you in a race longer than a mile, do I get a car???
Loved having all of our visitors! And loved wondering what this would look like in 5 years, 10 years, and 15 years! So glad that the Peart and Slade boys get to grow up together!!!
