Saturday was a wonderful day... Josh had to go to work so, after getting up and ready for the day, James, Jack, and I headed to Josh's work to visit for an hour or so. We then headed over to Wacky Tacky (an awesome, cool, totally fun indoor play ground) for Ashlyn's 2nd birthday party. Here are some fun pictures from the party....
James LOVED this slide!!!
James jumping around and playing at the bottom of the slide!
Kimber and Charlie going down the slide. The mommies and daddies got to play with the little ones too!
I thought this picture of Colleen taking a picture of Joey in the ball pit was so cute!
Going down the big slides!!! Camdyn is on the red slide, Isa on the yellow, and James on the green.
My favorite part of Wacky Tacky was all the mommies helping each other out. A few mommies would watch the infants while the other mommies went and played with the toddlers. It was just so wonderful to see all the mommies helping each other out and working together. I have the best Mommies group!!!
I lied, maybe this was my favorite part of Wacky Tacky... Two sleeping boys in the car!!!! After a fun morning at Wacky Tacky, we jumped in the car and headed up to Murphy's to meet up with Gaga and Papa at the Grape Stomp in Murphy's. (Side note: this is now my 4th straight year that I have gone to the Grape Stomp and my 4th straight year that I can't have any wine there because I have either been pregnant or nursing every time!) Maybe someday I can drink there!!!
So sweet!!!
Such a little doll! Unfortunately, this little guy woke up and screamed the last 15 minutes or so! But we all made it safe and sound in one piece.
After some fun watching the grape stomping, we headed up to Arnold for a yummy dinner, some good company, an enjoyable walk the next morning, and then back home on Sunday afternoon. A short but fun trip to the mountains!
Getting home on Sunday looked something like this...
I pulled into the garage. Josh opened the door to come say hi. I got out of the car and said, "Don't forget to get both of them. I then walked into the house and was asleep in bed before the boys made it in the house I think!"
