SNOW!!!!
We had a fun first today!!! But before we get to that, here are some more cute pictures...
Now that James can move around, he is getting into everything! On this particular day, he found this little hole in his room between his crib, laundry basket, and under his diapers. Once there, he found...
Cords and wires to pull on!!!! So much fun!!!!
He also loves the door stops!!!! And loves watching and listening to them go... BOING!!!!
We have had lots of fun with our mommy/play group on Tuesdays. The kiddos are all growing up so fast!!! Here is Colleen with Bodie, James, and Isa! It is so much fun watching them play together now that they can move around and interact with each other. I can't wait for the next few months/years as they grow up together!
Mommy and Daddy stopped on their way home from Oregon to have dinner with us and visit. Here we all are in the parking lot of Chevy's!!!
Now for the first today... James got to see snow for the first time today!!! We have been having a big storm this weekend including cold weather and lots of rain. Today we went up to Apple Hill to get a pie and cider for Thanksgiving and found snow when we got there. We had James ALL bundled up and by the time I put him back in the car, he was ROASTING from all the clothes and blankets. I love living close enough to the mountains to enjoy a small amount of snow only 30 minutes away but not close enough to have to shovel my driveway!
James also played on his rocking horse a little today. He will go over to it and play with the legs but we pulled it out to the middle of the room for him to play today. He did a great job of moving back and forth to try to get it to rock but Mommy still had to hold on because his little bum was sliding back and forth on the seat. The great thing about this rocking horse was that James's Great Grandpa Whichard made it for his Grandpa back in the ancient days (circa 1959) and MANY a child has enjoyed riding it over the years!!!!
