So proud of my little guy! Every night before he gets in the bath, he tries to go pee-pee in the potty. The last few weeks, it goes a little like this...
Daddy: "Go get your stool."
James: "Tool, tool, tool" (as he runs through the house looking for his stool)
Daddy helps James stand on the stool in front of the potty.
Dadddy: "Can you go potty in the big boy potty?"
James: "Go! Go! Go!" (as he looks at his pee-pee and leans forward)
After a short time of this not working, Daddy will put James in the bathtub and James will pee almost immediately! The last two nights Daddy finally decided to catch the pee-pee in a paper cup and dump it in the potty where it belongs.
Well... Tonight James's pee-pee actually listened and James went pee-pee in the potty!!!! James was so excited!!!! (And so were Mommy and Daddy of course!!!) Yeah James!!!!!
