Lots of Pictures!

So there have been requests for pictures so here they are!!!
My friend, Kourtney, and I had fun making some cute cakes for a baby shower the other day. This was our favorite!!!! It was fun to make some cakes again!

James enjoyed watching the first 49er game of the season with Daddy and Gary. Gary was holding James with his back to the TV and James would contort his body around so he could watch football. Daddy was very proud!!!!

Here is my little scientist at work!!! This cute little toy plays songs when James hits the buttons. It looks like he is hard at work at a control panel for something!

We had our carpets cleaned the other day so the changing table was burried deep in the bathroom. Josh decided that it was no problem because the tool bench was the same height. So, James had his diaper changed in the garage on the tool bench!

Here is the amazing view from our campsite when we went camping at Icehouse. We had a great time, other than the lack of sleep of course!!!

James tested out his new life vest. He was okay with it here but not such a fan on the kayak!

Uncle Doug (Stretch) and James enjoying some male bonding time on the couch at the cabin. Douglas also taught James how to sit on the couch at watch sports with the remote control. Thanks Doug! James still reaches for the remote anytime he sees it and actually turned the TV on today!

Daddy and Grandpa Dave feeding James some bananas at the cabin. James loves bananas but they don't love him so he has to start prunes before he can have bananas again!

James and G.G. Curran enjoyed spending a few days together at the beginning of the month. G.G. recorded a book for James which he loves listening to!

Daddy and James got all dressed up to take me out to dinner in Mendocino. James was a perfect angel at dinner and fell asleep in his stroller without making a peep! My two handsome men!

James fell asleep with his elephant in the jogger after a little walk to the grocery store. So cute!

James now loves chewing on his toes! The right ones are much tastier than the left ones though! This makes cleaning his bottom very easy but refastening the diaper a little challenging!

I'm not sure if this video will work or not but I'll put it up here anyway. James is now reaching for EVERYTHING!!!! In this video he was sitting on the bathroom counter with me and reaching for the toothbrushes and then putting it in his mouth. Very cute!!!

So there is a little sampling of pictures from the past few weeks. We have been having a great time and staying very busy! We are trying to slow down a little so James can nap a little more in his crib, I can get a little more relaxation while he is napping, and we can all be a little happier! I will try to stay posted with pictures but just remind me when it has been a while.

A few other updates...

James is sleeping about 10.5 hours at night now!!! yeah, hopefully it continues!!!

I don't remember if I mentioned this before but at the last pediatrician appointment he was 27 inches long (90th percentile) and 15lbs. 12oz. (75th percentile)!!!

We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of James soon-to-be friends, Ty and Ashlyn!!!

We are going to give cloth diapers a try at home. We'll keep you posted...
