Family Pictures

I keep trying to catch up so I can go back to writing the cute things that James and Jack do from day to day.  For example, before I forget this one... Gaga, Jack, and I left after dinner last night to swing by a friend's house and grab a few things at Target.  Josh and James stayed home because James is potty training (more on that later) and needed to get to bed early (because of no nap!)  Well, 2 seconds after we leave, I get a phone call from James (with a little help from Josh).  James quickly informs me that, "You forgot me and Daddy!"  It was so darn cute!!!  I reminded him that he got to stay home and go nigh-nigh.  Let's just say that by the time Gaga, Jack, and I got home an hour later, Josh was drinking whiskey!!!  (Don't worry, James was already asleep with no whiskey!)  No nap days in the Slade household are NOT fun! 

Back to the original topic, Family Pictures!  We are frequently being reminded that we need to take new family pictures now that our family has expanded so we listened.  July 1st-July 3rd we spent enjoying the beautiful trees in Arnold with Michelle and Gary.  Gary was so kind as to bring his good camera and off we went proudly wearing our Mickey gear (other than Josh who doesn't have any - poor guy!)  Here are a few of our favorites:  Ugh!!!  It won't work for some reason.  I guess that means that it's nap time for me too since everyone else in the house is sleeping.  Though Jack should be waking up any minute since he has been sleeping for 2 hours!  With my luck, he'll wake up immediately after I fall asleep!  :-)
