"My red boots are nice"

Since we are potty training right now (again, I will get back to that sometime soon), we are not supposed to do any timeouts.  The idea is that the three days of intense potty training are a happy and positive experience.  Well, this results in lots of our toys being "put in time out" (a.k.a. being taken away).  Tonight, James kicked Josh in the ankle while wearing his snow boots (a needed accessory considering it was only 85 degrees today instead of 105 degrees!) so the snow boots were taken away.  As I was putting them in his closet, he asked for his rain boots instead and I told him "no" because he kicked Daddy.  He informed me that his "red boots were nice!"  I just thought it was so cute!
