Potty Training... Again???

We did our 3-day potty training boot camp about 2 months ago and James has done pretty well with using the potty since then.  Unfortunately, the last few days have not been going so well.  We are back to refusing to use the potty and then going in our undies a few minutes later.  Even worse, he will run into the other room to go potty in his underwear or wait until we leave the room to go.  I think it has become a control issue.  Ugh!!!  It probably doesn't help that I worked for 3 days, went to Las Vegas for 4 days, worked for 5 days, then only had 2 days off before going back to work again.  I haven't seen much of James in the past 2 weeks to say the least.  So... tonight was all about spending quality time with James and getting him to go in the potty.  And we were successful!!!!
The first time he showed signs of needing to go, I suggested he use the potty and he ran screaming into the other room to hide.  I tried to pull him out of hiding and he screaming harder.  I decided to do the running/dancing to the potty while singing/yelling like a crazy lady (expertly taught by Colleen!) and it worked!  He happily followed me to the potty and went!!!  The rest of the night he stayed dry and used the potty several times including 2 poopies!  I am hopeful that things continue to go well tomorrow but at least comforted by the fact that things were at least somewhat correctable!
Now for a cute little story... James has become quite independent in his old age!  And he has fallen in love with Cheerios (no idea where he got that from!).  When James is hungry, he will open the pantry, take out the huge Tupperware of Cheerios, open it up and help himself.  Today, he filled his bowl and then came over to the island where I was making oatmeal and talking to Tanya.  As I turned by back to do something, he took the gallon of milk (which was practically empty thankfully!), poured some milk into his bowl of Cheerios, and carried his bowl over to the table!  I was one shocked little Mommy and one VERY grateful little Mommy that the milk was almost empty!!!!
