The Monday after we got back from the cabin we joined several of our friends at the train museum in Old Town Sacramento for some fun. I think we had about 8 mommies and 15 or so kiddos 2 years and younger in our group! A lot of mommies and a lot of kiddos and a lot of fun! James and his friends had a great time running around the museum looking at the trains and going on the trains and even more fun playing with Thomas and his friends at the end. After the train museum, we all went to the grassy area across the street for a little picnic and more playing. All in all, a fun and wonderful day!!!
Quick side note: I must admit that I was somewhat nervous about tackling the train museum with just me and both kids! But, the mommy who suggested the trip was bringing her 2 1/2 year old and her twin 2 1/2 month olds! Can't be scared after that! Plus it's much easier with other mommies there to help each other!
