We made our last out of town trip this weekend to Livermore to visit Cousin Tracey before her big trip to Thailand! My last day of work was Friday and thankfully it ended up being only a half day!!! Then Josh, James, Captain, and I made a quick dash out of town to Livermore for the weekend. Friday night after James went to bed, Josh and I took advantage of Papa being home to sneak off for a little date night dinner at the First Street Alehouse! Thank you Daddy! Saturday morning we enjoyed a little trip to the park with Grandpa Dave and Dodie which was great fun. James enjoyed being swung and racing everyone down the slide! That evening we enjoyed a delicious BBQ with Gaga, Papa, Grammie, and Auntie Jill followed by some yummy dessert with Grandpa Dave and Dodie. Sunday morning we were joined by Uncle Gary and Auntie Mich at the park, then later by Cousin Tracey for another delicious BBQ. All in all, it was a wonderful weekend full of lots of family fun and visiting! And exciting that it was our last out of town trip before Baby Jack arrives! Yikes!!! Kind of weird to think that the baby carseat will be full on our next out of town venture.
Cousin Tracey... we hope you have a wonderful time in Thailand! We can't wait to see pictures, hear stories, and learn all kinds of new stuff from you. We will miss you this year but know you will have an amazing experience that will stay with you forever!!!
