Honda Ridgeline

We bought a new truck... well, kind of!!!  As I mentioned, we (Josh) has been looking for a new work truck since he will be losing his and transitioning to a car allowance through work.  After a lot of research, he decided to go with the Honda Ridgeline.  We test drove one at Folsom Honda last Saturday and were about to go "talk numbers" and potentially buy it when he checked the FH Daily website one final time and saw that they had one!  I guess they had just gotten it in as a trade-in and hadn't even gotten pictures up on the website yet!  Well, after a quick call to his Uncle Richard, we stopped the deal with Folsom Honda.  Richard test drove the truck for us on Monday night and said it drove well, sent Josh some pictures on Monday afternoon, and on Tuesday morning we told him we would buy it!  We were going to try to head down to San Leandro on Tuesday afternoon to pick it up but Josh got busy at work so we post-poned it until Friday morning.  After finding out on Thursday that I was 2-3cm dilated, we decided that driving 2 hours from the hospital probably wasn't the best idea in the world.  So, now Josh is going to get a ride down to San Leandro tomorrow morning with a co-worker to sign paperwork and pick-up the truck.  He will bring the paperwork back up here for me to sign and then we'll mail it back!  It sure is great to have an Uncle in the car selling business!!!!  Now we just have to keep our fingers crossed that I don't go into labor during Josh's trip to San Leandro tomorrow morning!!!  And, if I do, that's it's a long enough labor for Josh to make it back in time!  (I think we'll be safe!)  Anyway, that's the story on the truck... we'll try to post pictures when we get a chance!
